The July 4th celebration started Downtown last night, with a carnival on the Flat Lot that will run through Sunday. Northwestern’s Class of 1985 (MTV Productions) is presenting the carnival, which will help raise scholarship funds. Don’t miss the fantastic fireworks tonight at dusk!
