Ascension Genesys Offers Free Smoking Cessation Program

Are you a tobacco user? Are you thinking about quitting but don’t know where to begin? Ascension Genesys can help.

“It’s Never Too Late to Quit,” a free program offered every other month, will help you explore approaches to quitting, develop a personal quit-plan, learn about tobacco use triggers, and talk with a team who will provide support and education.

Led by Brian Cecil, RN, the Smoking Cessation classes take place from 5-6:30pm. Upcoming program dates are August 28, October 15 and December 17.

Smoking Cessation classes are held at Ascension Genesys Hospital, One Genesys Parkway, Grand Blanc, on the first floor in the Women’s Diagnostic Services area.

Pre-registration is requested. To RSVP, call 810.606.QUIT (7848) or email brian.cecil@ascension.org to reserve a spot.
