Renowned Medical Mentor Publishes Book

Representing the culmination of his work over the past 20 years, Dr. Partha Nandi has written a book he describes as a simple, sustainable guide to healthful habits: 5 Steps to Becoming Your Own Health Hero for Longevity, Well-Being and a Joyful Life. The book will be launched in September 2017.

“I love giving my patients and their families the solutions they need to live a happy and healthy life,” Nandi says. “I was frustrated that, despite my treatments, which included expensive medications and procedures, many of my patients were suffering. Through research and practice, I created a blueprint for folks to live a life in which health and wellness are abundant.” These principles are described in Nandi’s book, and he has also created an app and a five-part Masterclass to help people to learn and master them.

Nandi’s five pillars are a holistic life path that promotes physical health (nutrition and movement), mental health (meditation) and cultivation of the soul (prayer, passion for and purpose in life, and strong and nurturing relationships with family, friends and co-workers). “I look forward to sharing the five pillars with the world as I did with my family and my tribe,” Nandi adds. “This book explores the difference between just being alive, and actually thriving.”
