More than 1,000 members of the Genesee County community gathered early on a Friday morning to pay tribute to a group of individuals and businesses committed to improving the quality of life for area children and families. Nearly 70 sponsors supported the 19th-annual event, which honored ten citizens and organizations for their service to children in local communities.
