It’s time to pack the kids in the car and visit Longway Planetarium in Downtown Flint to see The Ooky Spooky Light Show — a delight for the entire family. You will enjoy some favorite Halloween tunes such as “The Monster Mash,” “Ghostbusters,” “Thriller,” “Night on Bald Mountain” and more, which are brought to life with amazing graphics and lights.
Great for family audiences, this show was created here in Flint by Longway’s talented team of artists and programmers. The visuals are funny, spooky, and will leave audiences laughing and smiling in delight. This program is a perfect way to celebrate the season, and is sure to become a holiday classic for mid-Michigan families.
Cost for Genesee County residents is $3.50 adults, $2.50 seniors 60-plus, $2.50 youth ages two-11. Genesee County residents must present their driver’s license or ID with address on it to receive their discount.
Cost for non-residents: $7 adults, $5 seniors 60-plus, $5 youth ages two-11 Children age one and younger admission is free. Cost for members is free. Members must present both their membership card and photo ID to receive their discounts. If the member card isn’t available, Guest Services can look up the membership.
