It’s the End of an Error!

This Friday, March 17, the legend finally ends after 40-years. The vaunted Rats of Unusual Size have finally decided to put an end to the misery. “It’s time,” says founder Jim Fourniadis. “We’re all getting old. After 40-years, it’s time to retire The Rats and there isn’t a better place to do it than where it all began at The Local.” Since, um…well, forever, the Rats of Unusual Size have tarnished the city with their punk mayhem at the Local 432. This Friday will be the final show ever. Joining Fourniadis onstage will be Tim Flynn (drums), Steve Reddy (bass), and Gary Mueller (guitar). As an extra special surprise, the band will be joined by original New York members Tom Cassar (bass) and Andy Pagel (drums). The Rats of Unusual Size will also be accompanied by bands The Guilty Bystanders and The Halftones.

Come to the Local 432 at 8pm on Friday, March 17 for the final end of the Rats of Unusual Size.
