On Saturday July 14, area residents braved the sweltering heat and gathered at Flint’s Riverbank Park Amphitheater to hear performances by more than a dozen local and national gospel artists. Co-sponsored by Hamilton Community Health Network and the Greater Flint Arts Council, the event offered delicious food vendors and healthy living information.

Held annually in Frankenmuth, this high-energy event is the world’s largest Olympic style event for dogs! The variety of competitions showcases dogs running, jumping, diving and retrieving. The International DockDog Competition always makes a big splash! Attendees are encouraged to bring their furry friend.
