If February 16th rolls around and someone randomly does something nice for you, the news may not be all good.

As much as I wanted to buck tradition and skip making resolutions for 2022, I have officially made one.

When ugly sweaters first became a holiday “thing,” I laughed and laughed.

I don’t really know Jennifer Griffin all that well. We work together, but not in the same building. We exchange pleasantries when we bump into each other at work and at functions.

On my list of medical things I don’t want to do having a mammogram is right up there next to the root canal. My first thought is that it is painful. Then, I remind myself it is really more “uncomfortable” than painful. My annual internal whine-fest is usually interrupted by one thought: my aunt, Candy.

There always seems to be something in the air in September.
