Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flint and Genesee County has had the same mission for 75 years – creating professionally supported one-to-one matches for kids who want to realize their full potential. If you would like to become a “big” the process is easy. Schedule a volunteer orientation and interview with staff. If you feel this is a good volunteer fit, fill out the enrollment paperwork, and then complete volunteer training before you are matched with your “little.” Littles are youth ages 6-18 who reside in Genesee County and aspire to realize their full potential.
