In accordance with the Governor’s recommendations, The Whiting and the Capitol Theatre are suspending all events and performances convening 100 people or more for the next 30 days, through April 11.
According a press statement, they will be following up with patrons via email and website postings by today, March 20, with information regarding which performances will be rescheduled and which canceled. Patrons will also receive information on ticket exchanges and ticket donation options for any presentations that result in cancellation.
“This is a rapidly-evolving situation and we appreciate your patience while we process this unprecedented disruption to our operations,” says Rodney Lontine, Interim Executive, Whiting/Capitol in the statement. ‘We thank you for your understanding during these extraordinary times.”
