Community Health Needs Assessment Survey

Genesys Health System, Hurley Medical Center, and McLaren Flint are working with Greater Flint Health Coalition to conduct a survey as part of their Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) process.

Results from this survey will help:

  • identify and prioritize current and future health care needs in our community
  • increase community awareness of local and regional health issues
  • determine trends in demographics related to health care
  • improve and strengthen community programs and services

Genesee County residents are encouraged to complete this anonymous survey. It will take less than five minutes to complete. The last day to complete the survey is Monday, March 7.

If you would like a hard copy of the survey, or if you have questions about it, please call 810.606.5760.

Your input is valuable in helping shape the future of health care in Genesee County.
