The Fenton and Linden Regional Chamber of Commerce hosted its 22nd annual Jinglefest in downtown Fenton on Saturday, December 6.

Presented by Genesee County Parks. Time 6 to 7PM, 7 to 8PM or 8 to 9PM. Join us at For-Mar for a Magical Holiday Hike under the stars. The For-Mar trails and bridges will all be lit up for an evening holiday adventure. The Flint community came together in true country spirit for Pink Night Palooza 2025, an unforgettable evening of generosity, laughter, and hope—all in support of the Hurley Medical Center Breast Cancer Navigation Program. Hosted by the Hurley Foundation and Financial Plus Credit Union, this year’s event took place for the first time at the Flint Farmers’ Market, transforming the iconic space into a sea of pink cowboy hats, boots, and hearts united for a cause.

More than 150 guests attended the 20th annual Ties & Tails fundraiser hosted by the Humane Society of Genesee County, raising more than $53,000 for the organization.

Bikes on the Bricks roared back for another exciting year, featuring a popular Bike Show and thrilling Police Competition. Organizers were thrilled with the beautiful weather, an impressive turnout of bikes, and new shirt and sweatshirt designs by Flint City T-Shirts that sold out fast.

The 2025 Ally Challenge presented by McLaren returned to Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club in Grand Blanc from August 18–24, drawing 78 top PGA TOUR Champions players, including major winners and Hall of Famers like Ernie Els, Vijay Singh, and Bernhard Langer.

The 48th edition of this world class event brought tens of thousands of runners, walkers, spectators, volunteers, and community members to Downtown Flint.
