How It Works

  • We install an In-Motion screen in your establishment

Does My City help with ad design? - YES

  • Our graphic designer creates all print ads for the magazine.
  • Print ad copy can be updated monthly.
  • For In Motion screens, we design static banners and can edit your existing footage into a silent video ad.
  • We do not provide on-site video production or filming services.

Who can advertise?

We accept advertisements from most local small businesses.

We do not accept ads that promote:

  • Political candidates or agendas
  • Illegal activity
  • Hate speech
  • Explicit adult content

All ads are reviewed prior to going live.

How much does it cost to advertise?

  • Screen hosts receive promotional placement as part of hosting a screen.

How long are the agreements?

Screen Hosts:

Hosting is a month-to-month agreement. We ask that you keep the screen powered on during normal business hours. If at any time you are unhappy, simply let us know and we will remove the equipment.

Advertisers:

The minimum commitment is one year. Advertisers who choose a two-year agreement receive two additional screens at no additional cost.

Short-term advertising for special events may be available on a case-by-case basis.

How do payments work?

Screen Hosts:

  • There is no cost to host a screen.

 

Advertisers:

  • Tiers 1 and 2 require automatic credit card payment.
  • Tiers 3–5 may be paid by credit card or check.

What happens if a screen goes down?

Our system alerts us if a screen goes offline. We work quickly with the host to resolve the issue.

If a screen is down for an extended period, we will either relocate your ad to another screen or provide an additional screen at no cost to ensure you receive your impressions.
