On Sunday, January 25 at 5 PM, the kitchen will present a four course Wild Game Dinner, each dish paired with a rare sample from Griffin Claw’s Flying Buffalo Series of bourbon barrel aged imperial stouts. Ten percent of all sales will be donated to The Genesee County Humane Society, making the night both memorable and meaningful.
