Extraordinary Team, Exceptional Experiences

At Fenton Winery & Brewery, wedding planning is a collaborative journey led by Co-owner Ginny Sherrow and her dedicated team. “Our full-time coordinators become a steady source of knowledge and expertise for our couples throughout the average 18-month planning period,” Sherrow shares. “We cherish the long-term relationships we build – not only before the special day but afterward, as couples return to enjoy our Taproom and gardens.”

For many couples, the logistics of vendor coordination, setup and cleanup can feel overwhelming. FWB simplifies the process by offering an inclusive service. “When you book with us, vendor coordination is part of the package,” Sherrow explains. “Couples can choose from our preferred vendors or bring their own, and we hold everyone accountable to ensure a seamless experience.” The team also handles all setup and cleanup, except for personal décor and florals, allowing couples to personalize the space while leaving the heavy lifting to the professionals.

This hands-on approach is inspired by FWB’s mission: “to be a part of your story.” Sherrow elaborates, “Fenton Winery & Brewery exists to provide a place for people to connect, celebrate and be together. Creating the best possible experience ensures people return and become part of our community.”

Over 12 years, FWB has hosted more than 800 weddings, perfecting a process that combines professionalism with a personal touch. Couples often praise FWB’s attentive team, outstanding service and unforgettable food and beverages. The venue’s commitment to excellence has earned it recognition as the 2024 Best Wedding Venue by View Group readers and a Best of Weddings award from The Knot. “Those awards solidify for us that we are doing the right things in creating memorable experiences at Fenton Winery & Brewery,” Sherrow adds. “We’ve developed a proven process to host a carefree, joyous wedding day.”

Reflecting on memorable moments, Sherrow notes, “Witnessing the vow exchange and the ‘I do’ is always the most moving. It’s the beginning of a new marriage, and being part of that is incredibly special.”
