Fenton Village Players Presents: The Diary of Anne Frank

Anne Frank emerges from history an intensely gifted young girl, who confronts the increasing horror for her time with honesty, wit and determination. An impassioned drama, this play captures the claustrophobic realities of their daily existence – their fear, their hope, their laughter and their grief. Anne’s spirit and optimism touches all audiences. Thursday-Sunday performances begin at 7pm, Sunday 2-4pm.

Clio Cast and Crew Presents: The Mousetrap

Enjoy this world’s longest running play about a group of strangers that get stranded in a boarding house during a snow storm, one of whom is a murderer. The suspects include the newly married couple who run the house, and the suspicion in their minds nearly wreck their perfect marriage. Others are a spinster with a curious background, an architect who seems better equipped to be a chef, a retired Army major, a strange little man who claims his car has overturned in a drift and a jurist who makes life miserable for everyone. Into their midst comes a policeman, traveling on skis. He no sooner arrives, when the jurist is killed. Two down, and one to go. To get to the rationale of the murderer’s pattern, the policeman probes the background of everyone present and rattles a lot of skeletons. Friday and Saturday 7:30-9:30pm, Sunday 2:30-4:30pm.

University of Michigan-Flint Open Ice Skate

Have some family fun skating at the UM-Flint Ice Skating rink. Friday 5-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 12-4pm. Admission is free. Skate Rental $3 or bring you own skates. No hockey sticks/pucks or any other equipment or play items allowed during open skate. Rink may be cleared periodically for ice resurfacing. Rink will close for inclement weather or poor ice conditions.
