As a community, year after year, we “Rise Up” to help local women undergoing breast cancer treatment. This year, we soared – together, we made a difference. The annual Ladies 9-hole Golf and Luncheon was held on August 13 at Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club.
“The result is amazing and the impact is deep,” said Nancy Gignac, Pink ParTee 2020 Chairperson. “The generosity of the Warwick Community is heartfelt and beyond all expectations.”
This year’s title sponsors were Security Credit Union and Eagle Excavation. In addition, 10% of all funds were matched by Birdies for Charity, presented by Ally.
The Pink ParTee 501c3 non-profit fund provides financial support directly to breast cancer patients in active treatment to help meet basic needs. By partnering with mid-Michigan cancer treatment centers, Pink ParTee funds help provide critical treatment tools used in radiation and chemotherapy, as well as free mammograms. To date, over $420,000 has been raised.
