Flint School of Performing Arts Faculty Concert

Join the fun as the lobby, mezzanine and arenas of the Dort Event Center are transformed into the area’s only mid-winter indoor car show featuring more than 100 vintage and classic cars, sports cars, muscle cars, hot rods and trucks with sponsor and vendor displays, live entertainment and special guests. Friday 2 pm-9 pm, Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday 11am to 4 pm. $8 adults, $5 for youth, ages 12 to 17, free for children under 12

Flint Repertory Theatre presents: The Wolves

Flint Repertory Theatre presents this exhilarating new play that charts nine American teenage girls on an elite soccer team as they go through a season, hoping to make it to nationals. A finalist for the 2017 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. Guests can enjoy an opening night reception following tonight’s performance. Friday 8-10pm, Saturday 2-4pm and 8-10pm, Sunday 2-4pm.

University of Michigan-Flint Open Ice Skate

Have some family fun skating at the UM-Flint Ice Skating rink. Friday 5-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 12-4pm. Admission is free. Skate Rental $3 or bring you own skates. No hockey sticks/pucks or any other equipment or play items allowed during open skate. Rink may be cleared periodically for ice resurfacing. Rink will close for inclement weather or poor ice conditions.

Enjoy a Chili Cookoff from 3pm-5pm. Online registration closes at 4pm on Friday, Feb. 8, with registration available day of event from 7am-10 am at Loose Senior Center. 7am=6pm.
