On Saturday, February 29, from 2-4pm Foster Coffee Company in downtown Flint will host a photography mixer for amateurs and professionals. Admission to the mixer is free. Learn from accomplished industry professional videographers and photographers and make contact with other people enthusiastic for your field, interest or profession. The night will feature networking and a Q&A with guest speakers.
Guest speakers include Alexandria Green & Jessica Hatter. They will be sharing stories about how they entered the world of photography, why they love it and insights into furthering a career in the medium.
Alexandria Chrisele Photography
Alexandria is a Flint native and portrait photographer with a focus on high school seniors and small businesses. An educator at heart, Alexandria mixes her experience and passion for working beside youth with photography. She is the creator of ‘The Young Influencers Workshop’, a hands-on technical experience teaching youth how to positively utilize their influence in the marketplace and become contributors, rather than consumers only, through social media-based content creation. She holds a B.S. from Grand Valley University and a M.ED. from the University of Georgia.

Jessica is a lifestyle and wedding photographer based in southeast Michigan. Her approach to photography is up close and personal, striving to capture the real and raw emotions of people as they are. She shoots what she feels and most importantly, cares about the relationships made along the way. Jessica sees her clients as friends and strives to capture their session/wedding with care, respect and patience.
