It’s another outstanding weekend in Greater Flint! We’ve got festivals, nostalgia, science, theatre, music and more coming up. There’s almost too much! So, pick a couple events and have a fun-filled weekend. Here’s your weekend events list for June 27-30.

Flint City Bucks vs. FC United Chicago

Support your home town Flint City Bucks as they take on conference rival FC United Chicago. The Bucks are neck-and-neck with FC Chicago for the conference championship. This game could decide who comes out on top at the end of the year.

80s in the Hole Music & Car Festival

It’s totally rad! Wickedly tubular! It’s 80s in the Hole. Back for its third year, enjoy big hair, big tunes, great food trucks, awesome 80s cars and a live performance, starting at 7pm by the group, RockStar. Gates open at 5:30pm, food, beer tent, vendors, and activities. Bring your best 80s look for a chance to win tickets to Hootie and the Blowfish and Barenaked Ladies on August 16. Park at the Atwood entrance, corner of First Avenue and Stone. Admission: $10. Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate. 5:30-11pm.

The Capitol Theatre presents: An Evening with Home Free

This all vocal (a cappella) country music sensation Home Free is bringing Nashville country standards and country-dipped pop hits.
