Halloween at the Gardens–Applewood Estates
This event is hosted by Applewood Estates and runs from October 26 until October 29. Come dressed in your family-friendly Halloween costumes, and look for “tricks” and “treats” throughout the grounds. Admission and activities are free!
Enjoy some fall decorations around the estate, sample a ‘Taste of Applewood’ made with ingredients grown at Applewood, and get a last look of the house for the 2017 season on a strolling tour – no reservations needed, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Or take a guided tour of the fall gardens at 12pm each day. There will be trick-or-treating stations around the estate all four days and story time at 11:30am. On Saturday there will be a costume parade following story time. Play in the Halloween-themed obstacle course in the lower gardens and pick up your Make-and-Take activities-while supplies last. The estate is open 11am-5pm Thursday-Sunday.
